To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our returns and refund guidelines carefully before making a purchase:

Hygiene & Safety Policy

Due to the delicate nature of our products and in line with industry hygiene standards, we do not offer returns or exchanges on panties or intimate wear once they have been delivered.

We kindly request customers to inspect their package in the presence of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery. If any issue is identified during handover (wrong item, visible damage, size mismatch), please report it immediately to our team.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The item was damaged upon delivery
  • The item is out of stock after an order has been confirmed

If your case qualifies, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item in unused and undamaged condition.

 

Delivery Charges & Deductions

  • For exchanges or returns, the customer bears the delivery charge (as per standard rates for inside/outside Dhaka)
  • In case of refunds, delivery charges will be deducted from the total amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded via bKash or bank transfer
